Great to meet you!

If you are someone who carries a quiet but constant pressure to get it right, to do more, to be more, and still feels like it’s never enough, you are in the right place. Many of my clients look capable and high-functioning on the outside but feel anxious, disconnected, or exhausted underneath. I work well with people navigating perfectionism, identity shifts, family expectations, neurodivergence, and relationship dynamics. I primarily work with older teens and adults, with most of my experience focused on ages 16–45, though I may work with adults outside this range when it aligns with my practice.

I am especially affirming of clients who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, or proudly geeky and creative. All parts of you are welcome in the room, including the parts you were told to tone down.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and insight-oriented. We will not just talk about what is happening, but explore the patterns underneath it and create practical ways to shift them. I integrate reflection, body awareness, education, and concrete tools when helpful, but I am not a one-size-fits-all or worksheet-only therapist. However, I will provide reflections and interventions in between sessions.

I work from a trauma-informed and social justice-informed lens, meaning we consider how your lived experiences, culture, identity, and environment shape your stress and coping patterns. Therapy with me balances depth and direction so that growth feels intentional rather than accidental.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we focus on understanding what brought you in and what you want to feel different. I will ask questions to clarify patterns, goals, and what has or has not worked for you in the past. We will also discuss expectations for structure, pacing, and collaboration so we are aligned from the beginning.

You can expect a space that is warm but direct. I will not leave you talking in circles, and I will not force tools that do not fit. The goal of the first session is clarity and direction, not perfection.
