Great to meet you!

My passion lies in helping clients build more satisfying relationships and guiding them to break free from patterns that may be holding them back from achieving personal or professional success. I work with a variety of clients, including couples and professionals, with a particular focus on anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, high stress careers, cultural issues, exploring gender identity, exploring neurodivergence, and clients that want to address the lasting effects of trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the most important part of therapy. I integrate creativity with evidence-based approaches to ensure that each session is tailored to meet your unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, honest, and transformative space where we can work together toward meaningful change. I draw from a variety of modalities, including lifespan integration, the Gottman method, psychodrama, biofeedback, and even virtual reality tools.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to leave our sessions with greater self-awareness, clarity, and actionable tools to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're looking to strengthen relationships, reduce the impact of past traumas, or create a healthier balance in your professional life, our work will focus on building resilience and fostering growth. My aim is for you to feel empowered to face obstacles, break unhelpful patterns, and move forward with confidence and purpose. I can't wait to work with you!
