Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and emotional burnout. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking relief from difficult emotions, healthier relationships, greater self-confidence, or support through a challenging season of life. Using a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach, I help clients build coping skills, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, heal from past experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, resilient, and connected to the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we'll develop practical tools, strengthen self-awareness, improve communication, and build healthier ways of coping so you can move forward with greater confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step can feel difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feel ready for change, therapy can provide the support, clarity, and guidance you need. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
