Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Danielle. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, therapy can be a place to finally slow down and focus on you. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, stress, and major changes. I especially enjoy helping clients who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, build confidence, and feel more in control of their emotions.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and practical. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. We’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck and identify tools that help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based strategies. I draw from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

Rather than simply talking about what’s difficult, we’ll work together to identify patterns, develop practical coping skills, improve communication, and create meaningful change. I tailor therapy to your individual needs because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship concerns, grief, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you feel understood while giving you tools you can actually use outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and identify what you’d like to work toward.

You can expect a warm, judgment-free environment where you don’t have to worry about saying the “right” thing. I’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to create a plan that feels realistic and personalized.

Most importantly, you won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own. We’ll take it one step at a time.
