My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults from all walks of life, addressing issues such as anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, intimate and romantic relationships, and stress. Additionally, I offer video telehealth services for those who prefer or require remote sessions.
