Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel like you understand everyone else but struggle to understand yourself? You might feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that keep showing up in your relationships and daily life.

I am a bilingual English and Spanish Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting more than just coping skills. They want to understand why they think, feel, and respond the way they do, especially when it comes to family, past experiences, and attachment patterns.

In our work together, we will slow things down and make sense of what is underneath the surface. I help clients build insight, improve communication, develop healthier relationship patterns, and feel more confident and in control of their lives.

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I use evidence based practices like CBT and trauma informed care, while creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity and respect for your lived experience. I believe that most people are not broken, but shaped by their experiences, relationships, and patterns over time.

In therapy, we will slow things down and make space to understand what is really happening beneath the surface of your thoughts, emotions, and reactions. I will help you notice patterns in how you relate to yourself and others, especially in relationships, communication, and moments of stress or overwhelm.

I take a strengths based and trauma informed approach, while also helping you build practical tools that you can use in your daily life. This may include managing anxiety, improving communication, setting healthier boundaries, and feeling more grounded and confident in your choices.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported, while also gaining deeper insight and real change that carries beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. We will go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I will ask questions to better understand your current challenges, your history, and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel ready to share.

We will begin to identify patterns, goals, and what support might look like for you moving forward. You will also have space to ask questions and get a sense of what working together will feel like.

My goal for the first session is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and clearer about whether I am the right fit for you.
