Great to meet you!

I have extensive training in psychodynamic and psychoanalytically-informed therapy. My approach is flexible and tailored to each individual. I have experience with different techniques and will work with you directly based on your individual needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I like to approach each person in a unique way. I provide a singular listening experience where you are free to explore yourself in a nonjudgmental setting. Each person has unique needs from therapy. Sometimes the goals for therapy are clear and sometimes they're not fully known yet. Sometimes working through a story about yourself can free you from the past to living more freely and creatively.

What you can expect from me

We'll start with what brought you to therapy, what you're looking for and seeing if it feels like a good fit for you. The beginning is different for everyone but I will ask you questions to get a sense of your history and concerns.
