Great to meet you!

With over 15 years in the mental health field and being part of a group practice since 2020, I specialize in serving diverse individuals, including racial, LGBTQIA+ communities & marginalized identities. I offer warm, collaborative therapy drawing from existential, person-centered, CBT, Art Therapy, & EMDR. I also see clients as young as 7 years old to adult individuals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, & collaborative. I integrate existential, person-centered, & cognitive behavioral theories. I specialize in Art Therapy as well as trained in EMDR, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of my clients. In addition, I would say I'm curious and dedicated to evolving as a therapist.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive environment where we face challenges together. Through evidence-based methods, I am dedicated to working with my clients towards an enriching & meaningful life.

Finding the right counselor can be a lot like making a friend, you may not always be compatible with everyone you meet and that's okay. Which is why I offer a complimentary phone consultation prior to the first session to answer any of your concerns and see if we might be a good fit!
