Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Danielle Giuliano, PhD, PMHNP-BC. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, stress, burnout, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where patients feel truly heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment plan.

With over 25 years of nursing experience and advanced training in psychiatric care, I take a collaborative and individualized approach to treatment. I understand that mental health challenges can affect every aspect of life, and I strive to help patients feel more stable, confident, and hopeful moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should be personalized, collaborative, and realistic for everyday life. I work closely with patients to better understand their symptoms, stressors, goals, strengths, and past treatment experiences in order to create a plan that truly fits their needs.

My approach combines evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, education, and practical strategies that patients can apply in daily life. I value open communication, honesty, and creating a safe environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in their care.

What you can expect from me

The first appointment is focused on getting to know you as a whole person — not just your symptoms. We will review your current concerns, mental health history, stressors, medical background, previous treatments, and goals for care. My goal is to create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being open and honest.

By the end of the session, patients can expect to have a clearer understanding of potential treatment options, next steps, and a collaborative plan moving forward. I want patients to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about their progress.
