Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Danielle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and truly seen. I believe the foundation of meaningful therapy is a strong, trusting relationship — one where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in evidence-based practices, blending practical tools with insight-driven work tailored to your needs. I specialize in treating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions, and often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mind–body strategies to support growth and healing. In addition to private practice, my background includes years as a school social worker, giving me valuable experience supporting children, adolescents, and families navigating school-based services, special education systems, and complex relational dynamics. Clients often describe my style as warm, approachable, and steady — someone who will show up, stay in it with you, and help you make sense of what feels overwhelming while gently challenging you to grow.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational and collaborative, while grounded in strong clinical skills and evidence-based practices. I’m certified in EMDR and specialize in treating anxiety, mood, relational trauma, and life transitions. I take a holistic view of each client, integrating an understanding of how the brain, body, and environment interact to shape experiences and patterns. Sessions are tailored to each person, blending practical skills with deeper insight work to support both immediate relief and long-term growth.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to feel genuinely heard, validated, and supported in our work together. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe showing up exactly as they are, while knowing they have a steady, compassionate presence in their corner. In addition to building that trusting relationship, clients can expect to leave sessions with practical strategies, greater emotional insight, and a clearer sense of how to navigate challenges in their daily lives.
