Great to meet you!

In mental healthcare, true healing happens when you feel completely seen, heard, and met with grace. My mission is to partner with you to navigate life's complexities, balancing clinical excellence with deep empathy. I look at wellness holistically...focusing not just on managing symptoms, but on supporting your mind, body, and spirit so that you can thrive.

I believe that to encourage holistic wellness in others, I must practice it myself. When I am not working, you can usually find me spending quality time with my children, tackling a DIY home improvement project, or planning our next big roadtrip adventure. I have a deep love for long-distance travel, exploring historic highways, slowing down the pace of life and meeting strangers across America.

I have proudly served the healthcare community for over 25 years, working in an array of settings. For the past 8 years I have focused on mental health and helping others heal their mind, body, and soul with medication management, psychotherapy, and hormone balancing. I treat ages across the lifespan starting at age 4.

I specialize in treating ADHD/Autism, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Substance Use Disorders, and many other diagnoses by providing compassionate, evidence base care and diagnostic evaluations for a variety of mental health needs.

My approach to therapy

My clinical philosophy is centered on a personalized, whole-person framework. I look at the entire picture of a person's life in order to help my patients truly thrive, rather than just manage symptoms. I provide a safe, deeply compassionate, and completely non-judgmental space where you feel validated, heard, and respected.

I view your healthcare as a teamwork dynamic rather than a rigid authoritarian model. You are the expert on you!

What you can expect from me

Your initial visit is a warm, unhurried conversation designed to build trust with each other. It will feel more like a conversation with a non judgmental friend. By the end of the first visit, you will not leave with just a plan...You will leave with a sense of relief, knowing that you have a dedication, compassionate provider walking alongside you on your path of emotional wellness.

You will receive diagnostic insights and education about what you are experiencing, medication management (if appropriate), therapeutic techniques or lifestyle adjustments, and a clear plan for follow-up sessions to track your progress.
