We’ll work together to find practical, creative solutions. Starting therapy can be daunting, or exciting, either way, I am right here to meet you. Many of my clients deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief. My approach is eclectic, but I tend to use mix of CBT and mindfulness strategies to enhance your mental health. I have experiences in childhood and adult settings, so I am fully prepared to assess if we are great fit to move forward in the therapeutic process!
