Great to meet you!

Are you stuck in patterns that aren’t working—for you or your child? I want to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so change feels possible. We’ll work together to find practical, creative solutions. Starting therapy can be daunting, or exciting, either way, I am right here to meet you. Many of my clients deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief. My approach is eclectic, but I tend to use mix of CBT and mindfulness strategies to enhance your mental health. I have experiences in childhood and adult settings, so I am fully prepared to assess if we are great fit to move forward in the therapeutic process!

My approach to therapy

I work with kids, teens, and adults experiencing bereavement, anticipatory grief, trauma, chronic illness, anxiety, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism. Using a holistic, person-centered approach, I want to help you build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, foster self-worth and navigate life transitions with greater clarity and support.

What you can expect from me

Looking for help is the first step towards feeling better. My approach is warm, compassionate, but direct enough to guide you through your discomfort, so that change is within reach. I aim to stand alongside you in the process—supporting you as you find your footing, strengthen your confidence, and navigate whatever challenges you’re facing.
