Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years in the field. I am dedicated to helping people address how their thoughts impact their whole life wellness. Most frequently I use CBT and DBT to address anxiety, life transitions, daily stressors, low self- esteem, and issues of mood.

My approach to therapy

I focus on breaking down and simplifying the connection between thoughts and actions to best help clients to feel empowered to create the change that they are looking for. As we process these experiences together, we build on your best qualities through finding a new lens.

What you can expect from me

Together we can better interrupt the cycle that does not serve you any longer, replacing it with healthier solutions. Ultimately, the goal is to collaboratively increase positive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. These skills become a different way of coping and finding acceptance to move forward.

Please check out my Therapist.com profile for more information. Please feel free to either text or call and LVM for a free consultation call.
