Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Danielle.

I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply tired of carrying everything on their own. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, painful past experiences, maternal health or major life changes that are making it harder to feel like yourself. My goal is to provide a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without fear of judgment, while we work together to understand what is keeping you stuck and how to move forward.

I want you to feel comfortable being yourself with me—even if that means you’re overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or worried about being judged. You don’t need to have the right words or make things sound better than they are. I want to get to know you, understand what’s been hard, and figure out together what would actually help.

My approach to therapy

You don’t need to have the right words or make things sound better than they are. I believe you can feel supported and still be challenged to grow. I’ll listen, ask questions, and be honest with you. Sometimes that means helping you give yourself a little grace. Other times, it means taking a closer look at a pattern that isn’t working for you anymore. I want us to be able to have real conversations and work toward changes that matter in your everyday life. Your input matters, and I want you to tell me when something is helpful—or when it isn’t.

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to prepare a speech or know where to begin. That’s part of what I’m here to help with. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what’s been going on in your life, and what you’d like to be different. I’ll ask questions to get a better understanding, but there’s no expectation to share everything painful on day one. You’ll also have time to ask me questions and get a feel for whether you’re comfortable working with me. We’ll take it one conversation at a time.
