Great to meet you!

As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, my goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care that empowers individuals to reclaim their well-being and thrive. I work with adults and adolescents facing a range of psychiatric concerns, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, trauma, mood disorders, and ADHD.

With a holistic and person-centered approach, I take the time to understand your unique story—not just your symptoms. I offer medication management and supportive psychotherapy, always tailoring treatment plans to align with your goals, values, and lifestyle.

My approach to therapy

My clinical style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Whether you're navigating a life transition, dealing with chronic stress, or seeking clarity and healing, I strive to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will explore the tools and strategies that work best for you.

What you can expect from me

I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth appointments, and I’m committed to making quality care as accessible and convenient as possible. If you're ready to take the next step toward feeling better, I’m here to help you get there.
