Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Danielle and I've been a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) for 10+ years. I earned my master's degree from UNC Charlotte and my bachelor's degree from Elon University.

Over the years I've worked with a wide range of people and concerns in various settings. I have a special interest in working with women.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients to establish therapy goals, identifying the best and most appropriate types of interventions. I often pull from Cognative Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and when requested Christian counseling.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients usually walk away from sessions with some sort of activity or intervention to practice, as well as new perspectives or ideas to consider. They also feel heard, seen, and validated.
