Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY & NJ operating virtually. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and intended to provide you with support in navigating your own human experience; whether that may be depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions/stressors, family conflict or relational issues, self-esteem, substance abuse, and/or mood dysregulation.

My approach to therapy

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills with a psychodynamic perspective. This means we work together to identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors (CBT), develop emotional regulation and coping strategies (DBT), and explore deeper, underlying emotional conflicts and patterns from your past (psychodynamic perspective).

What you can expect from me

I value the client being the driving force of session, but together we collaborate to read between the lines of what may be going on for you both internally and externally. I will support you in guiding discussion, offering perspective and feedback, and helping you gain insight to live the life you fully deserve.
