Great to meet you!

Therapy is the ultimate commitment to yourself, whether you are moving through a transition in your life, navigating a stressful situation, or looking for space to process your emotions. I will help you access your own intuition, connect with your inner voice, and incorporate tools to support your healing and growth. Together, we will explore patterns related to your concerns, find ways to transform what is not working for you, and move towards your natural state of joy and wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and client-centered. I strive to provide a welcoming, inclusive and affirming space for all. I often utilize DBT, attachment-based therapy and mindfulness. As a registered yoga teacher, I also incorporate movement-based therapy to help relieve stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and strengthen the mind-body connection.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for support, especially in the midst of struggle, takes courage. Dedicating time and space for yourself through therapy is one of the most important steps towards growth. I am here to be both a witness and a guide through your journey.
