Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping adults who live with trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD. I draw from ACT, EMDR, embodiment practices, and parts work, and I am neurodivergent‐friendly and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I also have experience supporting clients through psychosis, grief, chronic health issues, spiritual trauma, eating disorders, and substance use disorders.

At the core of my work is a belief that every person has the capacity to choose who they become. As Jean‐Paul Sartre wrote, “We are constantly creating ourselves through action.” I see therapy as a space where you can explore that creation with support, clarity, and intention.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and deeply attuned to your unique strengths and needs. Together, we’ll choose a treatment duration and modality that fits your goals and your pace. Sessions may include trauma reprocessing, exploring relationship patterns, identifying values, building distress‐tolerance skills, practicing mindfulness, or engaging in embodiment work to reconnect with the body’s wisdom.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will focus on understanding what brings you in, what you hope to change, and what matters most to you. We’ll begin an intensive biopsychosocial assessment to develop a thorough understanding of you within your broader context. I aim to create a therapeutic environment that is affirming, non‐judgmental, and spacious enough for you to explore both the difficult and the meaningful parts of your experience. My role is to bear witness, offer guidance, and help you build the internal tools needed to move toward a fuller, more intentional life.
