Great to meet you!

I’m Danielle, a psychiatric clinician with 15 years of nursing experience. My practice is grounded in evidence‐based care, clear communication, and a whole‐person approach shaped by years of working across inpatient, outpatient, and integrated medical settings. I specialize in depression, mood and anxiety disorders, schizophrenia spectrum conditions, sleep‐related concerns, and thoughtful use of holistic, evidence‐supported interventions. Patients often describe my style as thorough, collaborative, and easy to talk to, and I’m committed to helping each person understand their options and feel supported in their treatment journey.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a collaborative, transparent way, taking time to understand their goals and clearly explain treatment options. My style is thorough, approachable, and grounded in evidence‐based care, with a focus on mood and anxiety disorders, peripartum and reproductive mental health, schizophrenia spectrum conditions, and sleep‐related concerns. I also integrate holistic, evidence‐supported strategies when appropriate, creating a space where people feel heard, informed, and genuinely supported as we work toward meaningful improvement.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a calm, collaborative environment where people feel genuinely heard and supported, and where we work together toward meaningful goals like improving stability, strengthening coping skills, restoring daily functioning, and building confidence in navigating life’s challenges—all within a transparent, evidence‐based, and whole‐person approach.
