Great to meet you!

The path to healing begins with a single conversation. I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience in the field. I provide trauma informed care specializing in depression, anxiety, relationships, health concerns, and life changes.

Furthermore, I have experience with adults in the neurodivergent community, particularly those diagnosed later in life.

In addition, I am certified in Bowen Family Systems Theory. This approach to therapy views the individual through the lens of how they function within their family system.

Have questions? Please feel free to message me or schedule a 15 minute consultation to learn more.
