Great to meet you!
I believe that caring for your emotional well-being is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself and your relationships. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I honor the vulnerability it takes to begin that process. I’ve been practicing since 2014, working with adults navigating addiction and with couples seeking deeper connection, healing, or exploration—especially within ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and other alternative relationship structures.
My clinical approach is grounded in specialized training and years of hands-on experience. I hold a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Minnesota–Moorhead and a Master’s in Social Work with a clinical concentration from the University of New England. I’ve worked extensively with couples, with focused expertise in betrayal trauma, infidelity, and intimacy work, and I’m a kink-competent clinician with advanced training in ENM/polyamory. I am currently completing a certificate in Alternative Relationships through MSTI, which includes accredited AASECT-approved human sexuality coursework. In addition, I bring seven years of experience as both a therapist and clinical supervisor in residential treatment settings for addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
I provide Telehealth-only services and primarily support couples exploring intimacy and sexuality, as well as young to middle-aged adults working through addiction to substances or compulsive behaviors. My goal is always to offer a safe, affirming, nonjudgmental space where you can be your full, authentic self and move toward meaningful growth, balance, and connection.
