Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker that enjoys working with all different demographics but I particularly specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, ASD, ADHD and Grief. I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience. Every person brings their own unique story, strengths, and challenges, which is why I tailor my approach to meet each client's individual needs and goals. My priority is creating a warm, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what matters most to you.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches depending on what will be most helpful for each client. Some of the modalities I commonly incorporate include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Whether you're looking to better manage anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, life transitions, relationship challenges, or everyday stress, we'll work together to find the strategies that best fit you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, laid back, and centered around creating a space where you can truly be yourself. I believe that healing happens best when you feel comfortable, heard, and accepted without judgment. I take a holistic approach, recognizing that mental health is influenced by many different aspects of life, including relationships, physical health, environment, life experiences, and personal values. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with each client to find the techniques and interventions that fit their unique needs, personality, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it's normal to feel a little nervous before your first session. My goal is to make that first meeting feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. We'll spend time building a rapport and talking about your goals. There is no pressure to share everything all at once—you get to move at a pace that feels right for you. You can expect a warm, judgment-free environment where you can show up exactly as you are.
