Great to meet you!

I provided virtual, individual counseling sessions. I work with a variety of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, coping skills, depression, work/life balance, People of Color, and Women's Issues. I love working with people to increase their self-care, so they are no longer pouring from an empty cup.

I offer a non-judgmental, empathic, unconditional positive atmosphere for all clients. I want you to feel empowered to tackle all of life’s challenges. I look forward to hearing from you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered and solution-focused, grounded in the belief that each client is the expert in their own life. I strive to create a collaborative and empowering environment where clients feel heard, valued, and supported in their journey toward healing and growth.

I integrate Brainspotting into my work, a powerful, brain-body therapy that helps clients process and release deeply stored trauma and emotional distress. By combining this approach with traditional talk therapy, I help individuals uncover and utilize their inner strengths to navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful change. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and develop practical strategies to move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Oftentimes, people in our life do not give us the opportunity to voice our feelings fully. In our sessions, I believe you will benefit from being the one doing the majority of the talking. I want to understand what you have been experiencing. It will be a chance for self-discovery, self-acceptance, and healing of old wounds.
