Great to meet you!

Are you busy doing a million things? Numbing out on Facebook? Scrolling on your phone? Working constantly so you don’t think about it? But it keeps reminding you, it’s there. The pain you don't talk about. The Worry. Procrastination. Anger at yourself, your past, others who hurt or mistreated you. Managing with Drinking or drugs. Food. Sex. Shopping. Yelling. While longing for intimate connection. Therapy can help. Moving at your pace. Get to know yourself. End cycles of shame, blame, regret.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer compassionate, client-paced psychotherapy. We don't go faster or deeper than you're ready to go. I'm client-centered and am heavily influenced by Internal Family Systems (ifs-institute.com) as well as mindfulness and self-compassion practices.

If you’re struggling, confused or exhausted by your thoughts and feelings, your life circumstances, your actions or inaction, or have questions about how psychotherapy can help, please contact me.

What you can expect from our first session

Each session is a co-venture inside. You are the lead explorer. The therapist is the curious, inquisitive, and compassionate co-explorer who is there to help map the terrain and document the discoveries. Together a plan is made and each step is taken at your pace. You have everything you need to get started.
