Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Danielle and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have provided individual, family, couples, and group therapy. Currently, my focus is helping and supporting women who are feeling overwhelmed, perhaps lost, struggling with anxiety, depression, traumatic events, life transitions, as well as relationship and parenting issues. It can be intimidating to reach out and take that first step towards change. I would be honored to meet with you, hear your story, and work with and support you in creating a new, more empowered, brighter path forward. Let's connect and see if we are a good fit!

My approach to therapy

I use a supportive, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy which can be very effective for healing trauma. I work collaboratively with you to help you achieve your goals, building upon strengths, and providing concrete, effective therapeutic tools to help you move forward and experience greater fulfillment in your every day life.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, accepting therapeutic space where individuals feel safe and understood. I also provide an environment of growth where we work together to achieve progress towards your goals, healing, and objectives.
