Great to meet you!

Life can become exhausting when anxiety, OCD, or mood symptoms begin to interfere with your relationships, work, school, or daily routine. You or your teen may be experiencing intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, persistent worry, racing thoughts, irritability, changes in mood, or difficulty sleeping. Whether these symptoms are new or have been present for years, seeking help is an important first step. New patient psychiatric evaluations are typically available within 72 hours.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment for children and adults. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, combining medication management with practical therapeutic strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and ERP-informed techniques for OCD. My goal is to help you better understand your symptoms, develop effective coping skills, and create a treatment plan that supports meaningful, lasting improvement.

My approach to therapy

I believe psychiatric care should be individualized—not one-size-fits-all. We will develop a treatment plan based on your symptoms, personal experiences, and goals, with a focus on improving your quality of life. If medication is appropriate for you, we'll work together to find the right option while minimizing side effects and supporting your overall well-being. My goal is to help you feel calmer, more confident, and better equipped with the tools to navigate life's challenges and build lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation where we'll discuss your symptoms, history, and goals. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, therapy recommendations, coping strategies, and lifestyle changes to support your mental health and overall well-being.
