Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Danielle. I am so glad you are considering beginning therapy and working with me. My practice is informed by my experience and identity. I am the daughter of an immigrant, am active in the LGBTQ+ community, and identify as Latina and multiracial. I will provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self and explore whatever challenges you may be facing.

My approach to therapy

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, first-generation experiences, forming healthy relationships, or areas of personal growth, I will offer a compassionate presence where your experiences can be heard. Together, we can begin working towards positive changes in your life. I am a strengths-based, client-centered therapist. However, as there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, support will be tailored to empower you to make changes specific to your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I want to help you explore your challenges so you can deepen your understanding of yourself, your strengths, and what needs to be different or change so you can live the life you want. From there, we work together to help you strengthen the skills and access the resources you may need to help you grow in the direction you'd like to.
