Great to meet you!

I've worked with people at a lot of different points in their lives. Kids dealing with trauma before they even have the words for it, teens who are crumbling under pressure, adults who've been trying to survive for years. I spent a lot of my career doing in-home and outpatient work across three New Jersey counties, which means I've seen what real life actually looks like for the people I work with not just what they bring into a session. I specialize in trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and women's issues, and I work with clients from age 6 through adulthood. My job is to help you understand what's happening, figure out what's kept you stuck, and give you tools that help when things get hard.

My approach to therapy

Practical, collaborative, and grounded in what the research actually supports. I pull from EMDR, DBT, somatic work, CBT, and trauma-focused approaches because different things work for different people. If something isn't clicking, we adjust. I'm not the kind of therapist who sits in silence and waits for you to fill the air. I'm engaged, direct, and genuinely interested in what's going on with you. Telehealth-only means we can work together wherever you are in New Jersey, on a schedule that actually fits your life early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

What you can expect from me

We'll talk. I'll ask you about what's been going on, what's brought you to therapy now, and what you're hoping to get out of it. You don't have to have a perfect answer to that last one most people don't at the start. I'll also give you some context on how I work and what sessions with me

typically look like, so you leave with a sense of whether this feels like a good fit. There's no pressure to have everything figured out by session one. We build from wherever you are.
