Great to meet you!

Sometimes life starts to feel heavier than it should. You may find yourself carrying anxiety, relationship stress, grief, family responsibilities, or the emotional weight of caring for everyone else while struggling to care for yourself.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in private practice, medical, and educational settings, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you're going through. Whether you're navigating anxiety, family stress, women's issues, maternal mental health concerns, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences that may be contributing to your current challenges while identifying strengths that support healing and growth.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship concerns, maternal mental health challenges, grief, or life transitions, we'll focus on practical strategies that support long-term emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brought you to therapy, and begin building a foundation for meaningful work together. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident, resilient, and connected—to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.
