Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Danielle, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I take a compassionate, person-centered approach and believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, we can work together to identify what you need and create meaningful, achievable change.

My approach to therapy

I’m a licensed mental health professional with extensive experience in behavioral health, clinical services, and program development. My professional background includes working with First Responders, children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other mental health concerns. I take a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, focusing on creating a safe space where clients feel heard and respected. I believe therapy should be individualized to each person’s needs and strengths, with practical tools that can be used in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin creating a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain from our work together, and the areas of your life you would like to focus on. I’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to identify initial goals and practical steps that feel manageable and meaningful. Most importantly, you can expect a judgment-free space where you can be yourself—you don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin.
