Great to meet you!
I am a firm believer that everyone is the expert of their own lives. My role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore challenges , identify strengths, and work toward meaningful change .
I believe that my purpose in life is to help others.
Therefore, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a Advanced Certification in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthier patterns and coping strategies.
My therapeutic style is laid-back, friendly, and relatable. I bring authenticity and a solution-focused mindset into my work, helping clients move forward with confidence while feeling supported throughout the therapeutic process.
