Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC, LPAT) with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, complex trauma (CPTSD), chronic illness, burnout, and life transitions. I have a special passion for working with people who have spent years caring for others while losing sight of themselves; including caregivers, teachers, helping professionals, and individuals navigating the emotional impact of chronic illness. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood, accepted, and supported as we work toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I integrate psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, self-compassion, and creative approaches to help clients better understand their patterns, regulate overwhelming emotions, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. While I’m a Board Certified Art Therapist, artistic talent is never required! Creative techniques are simply one of many tools we may use when words alone don’t fully capture your experience.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you no longer feel like you have to carry everything alone. Together, we’ll work to understand the roots of your struggles while developing practical skills to manage anxiety, set healthier boundaries, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. Over time, many clients find they become more self-compassionate, more connected to their values, and better able to respond to life’s difficulties rather than simply survive them. My goal is to help you leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with meaningful insights or tools you can carry into your everyday life.
