Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with 7 years of experience working in the mental health field. My experience includes assisting clients in community mental health, persons with various forms of trauma, and clients adjusting to challenging life transitions/life stress. I currently work with motivated women between the ages of 21 to 55, who struggle with anxiety and burnout.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is an influential journey that requires a partnership between both client and therapist. I I use a solution focused approach while integrating various treatment modalities to better serve clients, while encouraging self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. In addition, I also utilize a holistic approach of mindfulness, meditation, breath-work, creative expression, and bodily movement to teach clients how to regulate their emotions and nervous system.

What you can expect from me

I help clients that are motivated to make changes, find their inner confidence, and unlearn behaviors that no longer serve them. They often feel emotionally exhausted, stressed, burned out, and anxious about the future when first meeting me. As time progresses, clients learn how to be proactive in coping ahead, communicate effectively, and take action that is within their control.
