Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years experience in the behavioral health field. I am experienced with helping adults with evidence based practices to address your needs and help you on your path to wellness. I understand the connection between mind and body and use nature and outdoor therapy in most sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with individuals and parents that feel lost and unsure of what is next for them. I help build and use skills that will support emotion regulation, decrease worried thoughts, and increase meaningful connections with self and others.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that each of us inherently know what we need in order to heal ourselves and cultivate experiences that enrich our lives. I will work collaboratively with you to find and enhance your strengths. I take the time to listen to your needs and support you on the path to wellness.
