Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma‐informed therapist who believes healing doesn’t require perfection—just honesty, compassion, and a willingness to take the next small step. Most of the people I work with are balancing careers, relationships, parenting, and the invisible emotional load that comes with everyday life. They’re strong, capable, and exhausted from carrying more than anyone realizes.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m real, relatable, and not the kind of therapist who just nods silently. I show up fully. I help you connect the dots. And I hold space for the parts of you that have been working so hard for so long.

If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the realities of everyday life and offers nonjudgemental compassionate support, I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

I love the marriage of science and spirituality when working with trauma. I studied neuroscience at the EEG Institute with neurofeedback pioneers. By connecting the mind and body, an inner healing intelligence comes forward. Your life experiences shape the way you see yourself, others and the world. My style is warm, collaborative, and down‐to‐earth. I use evidence‐based approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you understand your inner world, process old wounds, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are. Somatic experiencing and Embodied Inquiry weave together evidence-based therapies. Trauma informed therapy helps you find ways to reconnect to your best self and heal.

I have six years of experience working with medical providers and at a psychiatry clinic. I welcome diversity (all types), LGBTQ and ENM friendly. My expertise is in anxiety, depression, PTSD and CPTSD.

What you can expect from me

Success looks different for everyone but I work with you to get lasting effects, not "Band-Aids." My clients have said, "I didn't know therapy could be like this" and "I want to put you on the news!"
