Great to meet you!

Breathe. Heal. Emerge. I am dedicated to transforming lives through holistic therapy; guiding individuals on their journey to healing from PTSD, depression, anxiety, and addiction. My mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment where each person can explore their authentic self, embrace their unique path to wellness, and emerge from the shadows of pain into the light of hope and happiness. Your survival behaviors and defense mechanisms, that have protected you in the past, can turn into how you identify yourself; but I see you. I see the authentic you waiting to Emerge.

My practice is guided by a holistic and person-centered approach, with the use of motivational interviewing, trauma focused techniques, cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral interventions, and eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy (EMDR). I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trained in EMDR.

For 10 years, I have worked with individuals of all ages who were experiencing anything from anxiety, PTSD and substance abuse to psychosis to depression, a combination of these, and more. I am a naturally empathetic and compassionate person who believes everyone can benefit from nonjudgmental support and guidance. I provide a safe space to empower healing.

My approach to therapy

I am going to meet you where you're at and go at a pace that feels safe for you. I offer a warm and compassionate demeanor, with evidence-based approaches. We will collaborate on a treatment plan to guide our sessions towards lasting change, and an improved quality of life.

What you can expect from me

I will spend time getting to know you as an individual and ensuring I understand your needs.
