Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re balancing the many roles and responsibilities that come with being a woman. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting stress, trauma, reproductive or hormonal changes, career demands, or a major life transition, you don’t have to navigate it all alone. Therapy can provide a safe, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make sense of what you’re experiencing.

I am Danielle Oehme, founder and licensed clinical professional counselor for Hope and Healing Counseling, I have over 13 years experience working in the mental health field. I have a masters degree in Clinical Psychology and Child Development. My background is focused in anxiety, depression, family stress, behavior management, trauma, parental stress, women's issues, maternal and reproductive counseling, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be holding you back, build practical tools to manage life’s challenges and apply these skills and learn a new perspective on life.

What you can expect from me

As women, we often spend so much time caring for others that our own needs can become an afterthought. Your emotional well-being matters, and therapy can be a place where you can focus on you—without judgment or expectations. You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to reach out. Sometimes, having someone in your corner can make all the difference
