Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. My goal is to create a welcoming space where adolescents, women, and families can explore challenges without judgment and begin building healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and greater confidence. I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I use evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based interventions, and trauma-informed care to help adolescents, women, and families navigate life’s challenges, improve communication, and build resilience

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your current challenges, personal history, and goals for treatment at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood while beginning to identify meaningful next steps toward healing and growth.
