Great to meet you!

I am a graduate of NYU's Silver School of Social Work. My internships offered me unique opportunities working with a variety of clients across the life span. More recently I have been working on an inpatient psychiatric unit for adults. My experiences throughout my career have afforded me valuable learning experiences and have continued my growth as a professional.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through my experience I have developed an eclectic style that is truly tailored to meet you where you are. This is your journey and you have chosen me to join you in this journey. We will work together to meet your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a welcoming environment where they can freely express themselves. Our work together will be guided by you. At times I may ask you to complete some "homework" outside of our sessions. Please know that if you are assigned "homework" then it is to assist you in reaching your goals.
