My approach to therapy
I have a casual, laid back approach to therapy. I like to identify and provide coping skills for current issues, while also "digging" in to past experiences to find the roots of said issues. I have a great deal of experience dealing with trauma, and working with Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs).
