Great to meet you!

I am a New York State licensed clinical social worker with a decade of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, and many of the challenges that can make life feel heavy or uncertain. My approach is eclectic and grounded in compassion. I work to create a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, understand what you are feeling, and explore the changes you want for yourself. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are and guiding you with care, intention, and steady support.

I specialize in perinatal mental health and have completed professional training through Postpartum Support International. I work with women, men, nonbinary individuals, and families as they move through the many layers of the perinatal journey including family planning, fertility struggles, pregnancy, birth, loss, postpartum adjustment, major family transitions, caregiving and parenting. This stage of life can be beautiful, unexpected, and overwhelming all at the same time. Often you may find yourself feeling not like yourself and not how you imagined this time may be. You do not have to navigate it alone.

In our work together, I focus on helping you identify your wants, needs, and the patterns that may be holding you back. You will find a space where your voice is heard, your experiences are validated, and your goals become both visible and achievable. I support growth through open communication, collaborative goal setting, and coping strategies that fit your life.

Whether you are feeling stuck, hopeful for change, or unsure about where to begin, therapy can be a powerful place to start. My goal is to offer a warm, grounded, and inclusive environment for every person who walks through my virtual door. You deserve a space that feels safe and supportive. You are not alone, it is not your fault, and with help you can and will feel better. I am here to help you explore what comes next.
