Great to meet you!

Hello, beautiful people! My name is Danielle Redman, and I am a clinical social worker dedicated to providing compassionate support when it’s needed most. With a strong background in working with youth and families, I deeply value human connection and the power of supportive communication. Whether you're seeking guidance through life coaching or navigating the challenges of trauma and grief, I am here to help you find clarity, healing, and resilience. Let’s work together to create a path toward growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, integrating Solution-Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to provide practical skills, including mindfulness practices. I take a holistic view, recognizing the deep connection between mind, body, and soul, and I believe that physical health plays a crucial role in mental well-being and clarity. I bring energy and enthusiasm when needed, but I also know the importance of simply being a silent, supportive listener. Humor and laughter have their place in healing, and I embrace the power of a strong, positive client-therapist relationship to create a space where growth and resilience can thrive.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and personalized approach tailored to your unique needs. I often begin with a mindfulness practice (if desired) to help you feel grounded and ready to engage. Progress monitoring is an essential part of our work together, allowing us to track your growth and adjust our focus as needed. As a social worker, I believe in meeting you where you are, so goal setting is a collaborative process guided by your desires and priorities. Our work may include learning new skills for emotional regulation, developing actionable plans for success, and exploring creative therapeutic techniques such as art therapy and tapping. My goal is to provide a space where you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with the tools to navigate life’s challenges.
