Great to meet you!

I earned her Master’s in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in 2014 and has worked across diverse therapeutic settings. I have had my own practice since 2021. I worked in hospice for many years and have a focus supporting people of times of transition and grief.

My approach to therapy

Somatic, art, play therapist and Grief Ritualist. The poet Rainer Maria Rilke wisely states, “If we surrendered to Earth’s intelligence, we could rise up rooted, like trees.” This quote beautifully encapsulates my approach to therapy. Through many experiential modalities, I aim to help you bypass your defenses and programming to access a deeper knowing, guiding you to discover your personal truth. Together, we will work to uncover your natural intelligence, helping you heal and grow from the trauma and patterns you wish to be free from. If you're feeling stuck or lost, I can teach you tools to support you in your everyday life, helping you emotionally regulate, find deep self-compassion, and express your true self. My goal is for you to feel more confident, peaceful, joyful, and certain in your life.

What you can expect from me

We start slow. I will gather history, understand your intentions and goals, and we will create a plan together. We will lay the foundation, so you feel trust.
