Great to meet you!

I have been working in the mental health and human services field since 2006, serving in a variety of programs across Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties. I hold two undergraduate degrees in Human Services (AAS and BS), as well as a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. I bring a calm, grounded presence to my sessions, paired with a genuine passion for helping people grow and heal. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, it’s about walking alongside you with curiosity, empathy, and a bit of humor when it helps.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and exploratory. I prioritize creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and genuinely understood, while also feeling gently challenged when it supports growth. I frequently draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches. I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, always with a focus on working together toward insight, meaningful change, and personal empowerment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools and deeper insight into themselves. Our work together is a space for exploration, reflection, and forward movement, where you’ll not only feel understood, but also gently challenged in ways that promote growth. Whether we’re unpacking patterns, building coping strategies, or clarifying goals, my aim is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to your own strengths.
