Danielle Ruben

Hi there! I am Danielle Ruben, board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner (PMHNP). I received both my undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees from the Jacksonville University. I have worked clinically in the inpatient hospital systems seeing mental health patients in immediate crisis in the emergency department, worked as a part of the consult liaison team treating patients with psychiatric needs on the medical units, and treating mental health patients on the inpatient unit.

I enjoy getting to know my patients, I take pride in pulling up a chair and taking a thorough history to have a holistic view of my patient's mental health. I specialize in treating adults suffering with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, maternal mental health and postpartum depression, insomnia and sleep disorders.

I want to create a warm and welcoming space where my patients can feel safe in being vulnerable. I enjoy being an integral part of my patients' mental health journey.
