Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Danielle and I have 7+ years of experience helping people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I'm glad you're here and I am excited to help you heal.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and care for their mental health. I aim to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring what they’re going through.

My approach to therapy

I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected, so you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing without judgment. In our work, I’ll support you in both understanding deeper emotional patterns and building practical tools you can use in daily life

I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process difficult or traumatic experiences. I also incorporate parts-based work, informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), to help you better understand different parts of yourself and move toward a more grounded, authentic way of living. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to strengthen coping skills.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on getting to know you and what’s bringing you in right now. We’ll talk through what’s been feeling difficult, what you’d like to change, and any goals you have for therapy. I’ll also ask some background questions to better understand your experiences and what support might be most helpful.

My goal is to create a relaxed and supportive space where you can let your guard down. Many clients leave the first session with a clearer sense of direction, along with initial ideas for how we might work together moving forward.
