Great to meet you!

Inspired by Theodore Roosevelt's timeless "Man in the Arena" speech, I have devoted seven years to delving into the intricacies of human growth and development. I embarked on my academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Development from Texas State University, followed by a Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University.

With a comprehensive understanding of human development across the lifespan, my recent research focuses on mood disorders, personality dynamics, and developmental trauma. My expertise spans a broad spectrum, enabling me to provide holistic support to individuals of all ages.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my mission is the commitment to guiding clients toward a transformative journey beyond therapy sessions. I strive to empower clients to "graduate" from therapy, equipping them with the tools and insights needed to sustain personal growth in their everyday lives. Through active engagement and a focus on self-discovery, I foster an environment where authentic growth flourishes.

What you can expect from me

Clients will find not only a compassionate guide but also a steadfast ally in their pursuit of personal and relational fulfillment.
