Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your full, authentic self. I have nearly 7 years of experience working with adults navigating a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship concerns. I specialize in Motivational Interviewing and Strengths-based approaches. I am calm, caring and open-minded.

My approach to therapy

I take an individualized approach to therapy, meeting you where you are and tailoring each session to your unique needs. Using motivational interviewing and strengths-based techniques, I aim to help you feel more confident, capable, and empowered in creating meaningful change in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and relaxed conversation where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, strengths, and goals, while giving you space to share at your own pace. We’ll also briefly review confidentiality and what to expect moving forward. My goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, supported, and to help you decide if this feels like the right fit for you.
