Great to meet you!

My passion for counseling is based from my lived experience and a desire to be of service to others. I've worked with a broad spectrum of clients with diverse issues including drug and alcohol addiction, PTSD, re-entry, anxiety, depression, trauma, decision making, coping skills, as well as many others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide counseling with traditional psychotherapeutic methods as well as Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programing Therapy models as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I focus on guiding clients into doing the work needed for results by using a common sense, resilience based, spiritual and holistic health approach. In much of my work, we set attainable goals and assign homework for clients to establish measurable progress. Ultimately, my aim is to empower clients in achieving a state of well- being and balance.
