Great to meet you!

Nothing changes if nothing changes. We often get stuck in the same patterns of behavior while putting our mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, and relational well-being on the back burner. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in pre-marital, couples, and individual connection and healing. I am a compassionate, warm, and caring catalyst for positive change and have found therapy to be my purpose in life.

My approach to therapy

I am a certified SYMBIS (saving your marriage before it starts) facilitator. I also have extensive experience in co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders and various treatment modalities, recovery, crisis management, anxiety, depression, life stressors, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

I use an individualistic and holistic approach to guide my clients through their healing journey. I look forward to assisting you through intention and balance to reach your therapy goals.
